2025年11月29日晚，北京大学光华管理学院1号楼301热闹非凡，来自清华大学经管学院、苏世民学院与北京大学光华管理学院、经济学院的120 余位同学齐聚于此，共同度过了一段兼具青春温度与职业价值的 “经硕之夜”。

On the evening of November 29th, a grand gathering brimming with youthful vitality and professional wisdom kicked off warmly in Room 301, Building 1 of Guanghua School of Management, Peking University. More than 120 students from Tsinghua SEM , Schwarzman College, as well as Peking University GSM and School of Economics, gathered together to spend a memorable and rewarding "The Night Before Winter".

此次活动专为清北在校学子搭建跨校交流桥梁，没有紧绷的议程，只有轻松自在的畅谈氛围。同学们围绕职业发展路径、未来规划方向坦诚交流，主动分享各自的实践经验与独到洞见。无论是正在摸索就业方向、渴望获取灵感的同学，还是希望为职业生涯积累同频伙伴的同学，都能在这场活动中有所收获。活动不仅让两校学子的深厚情谊得以延续，更助力每一位参与者拓宽视野、凝聚力量，为未来的职业道路与人生发展铺垫更坚实的基础。

Tailored specifically for the current students of Tsinghua University and Peking University, this event served as a cross-campus communication platform. Set against a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere, students engaged in free-flowing discussions around core topics such as career development and life planning. Here, they shared workplace experience, exchanged ideas and insights, drew inspiration for job hunting exploration, and forged friendships with like-minded peers who resonate on the same frequency. This event not only carried forward the profound friendship between the students of the two prestigious universities but also helped every Tsinghua and Peking University student broaden their horizons, accumulate strength, and lay a solid foundation for striding toward a broader future.

2025经硕之夜开场以开场介绍环节拉开序幕，随后进入分组自我介绍环节，现场参与人员来自不同学院和年级，大家热情分享自身情况，交流氛围轻松热烈，快速打破了彼此间的陌生感，为后续互动奠定了良好基础。

The opening of the 2025 Master's in Economics Night started with an opening introduction, followed by group self-introductions. Participants from various schools and grades enthusiastically shared their backgrounds, creating a relaxed and lively atmosphere that quickly broke down unfamiliarity and laid a solid foundation for subsequent interactions.

核心环节为游戏环节，全员分为15个家族办公室小组，每组持有1亿初始实体筹码，在50分钟内完成赛道拍卖抢盲盒、命运开箱过危机、最终结算定胜负三个阶段，竞拍五类不同赛道，集体决策应对危机并计算得分角逐顶级投资家族称号，组内实行资本公有制，决策需共同商议。活动现场十分热闹，各小组围坐一团，为竞拍策略激烈讨论，开箱后的危机应对环节更是气氛紧张，大家各抒己见、快速磨合，充分展现了团队协作的活力。

The core was the game session: all were divided into 15 family office teams, each with an initial 100 million yuan in physical chips. They completed three stages—track auction for blind boxes, crisis response after opening boxes, and final accounting to determine winners—within 50 minutes, competing for five tracks, making collective crisis decisions and calculating scores to vie for the Top Investment Family title, with joint decision-making under team capital public ownership. The venue was bustling: teams sat in circles, discussing auction strategies intensely. The post-box-opening crisis response was even more intense, as everyone voiced opinions and adapted quickly, fully showing the vitality of teamwork.

致辞 & 致赠 & 合影留念
典礼致辞与纪念品致赠环节紧随其后，清华经管CEMS Club主席施鳗珈与北大光华金融硕士班长毛冠中先后上台致辞。致辞结束后进入纪念品致赠环节，为参与人员送上精心准备的纪念品，既传递了对大家参与活动的感谢，也为这场相聚留下了温暖而珍贵的纪念。

The ceremony speech and souvenir presentation followed. Bella Shih, the Chairman of Tsinghua SEM CEMS Club and Patrick Mao, the monitor of Peking University Guanghua's Master of Finance program delivered speeches in turn. After the speeches came the souvenir presentation. The carefully prepared souvenirs were given to all participants, conveying gratitude for their attendance and leaving a warm, precious memento of the gathering.

活动现场氛围温馨融洽，大家专注聆听致辞，收到纪念品时面露欣喜，充分展现了学子间的真挚情谊与对活动的珍视。

The venue was filled with a warm and harmonious atmosphere: everyone listened attentively to the speeches and beamed with joy when receiving souvenirs, fully reflecting the sincere friendship among the students and their appreciation for the event.

自由活动

最后，自由活动环节中，现场设置了茶歇与酒水供应，其中酒水由齐饮赞助。大家三五成群，围绕实习求职、职业规划、生活平衡等话题畅聊不止，或是在茶歇区享用点心饮品，轻松惬意。拿到赞助酒水的参与者脸上洋溢着愉悦，交流氛围愈发浓厚热烈，不仅延续了此前的活跃气息，更让不同学院的学子们进一步加深了彼此的了解与联结。

Eventually, the free activity session featured a tea break and beverage service, with the beverages sponsored by CHEERS. Participants gathered in small groups, engaging in lively conversations on topics such as internships, job hunting, career planning and work-life balance. Others enjoyed snacks and drinks at the tea break area, in a relaxed mood. Those who got the sponsored beverages beamed with delight, making the communication atmosphere even more vibrant. This session not only sustained the previous lively vibe but also helped students from different schools further deepen their understanding and connections with one another.
