关于拟给予退学处理的公告

蒋**同学：

清华大学拟对您作出予以退学处理，由于难于联系到您，无法直接送达本通知，特予公告送达。自本公告发出之日起，满十个工作日，即视为送达。公告内容如下：

蒋**，男，清华大学经济管理学院2011级硕士研究生，学号2011280440。蒋**在未向学校履行任何请假手续的情况下，逾期两周未注册。根据《清华大学研究生学籍管理规定》（清校发〔2019〕49号）第三十二条第（八）项的规定，拟予以蒋**同学退学处理。

蒋**对此处理意见如有异议，可以在拟处理意见书送达之日起5个工作日内，向本院系研究生管理部门提出书面申辩。

Tsinghua University intends to withdraw you from the University. Due to difficulty in contacting you and delivering the notice, we make an announcement as follows，which shall be deemed to have been served ten working days from the date of issuance of this announcement.

STEWART**, Male, Master’s student, ID: 2011280440, School of Economics & Management. STEWART** has failed to complete the registration procedure within two weeks of the prescribed time without applying for leave. According to Subparagraph 8 of Article 32 of Regulations on Postgraduate Student Status Management of Tsinghua University, STEWART** will be withdrawn from the University.

If there are any objections, STEWART** can submit a written defense to the postgraduate management office of the school within 5 working days of the receipt of this notice.
