关于拟给予退学处理的公告

蒋思哲同学：

清华大学拟对您作出予以退学处理，由于难于联系到您，无法直接送达本通知，特予公告送达。自本公告发出之日起，满十个工作日，即视为送达。公告内容如下：

蒋思哲，男，清华大学经济管理学院2011级硕士研究生，学号2011280440。

蒋思哲（达到学校规定的基本修业年限，未在学校规定期限内提交延长修业年限的申请）。根据《清华大学研究生学籍管理规定》（清校发〔2019〕49号）第三十二条第（三）项的规定，拟予以蒋思哲同学退学处理。

蒋思哲对此处理意见如有异议，可以在拟处理意见书送达之日起5个工作日内，向本院系研究生管理部门提交书面申辩或者进行口头陈述和申辩。

According to Subparagraph 3 of Article 32 of Regulations on Postgraduate Student Status Management of Tsinghua University, you will be withdrawn from the University.

If there are any objections, STEWART EDWARD JOHNSON can submit a written defense or conduct an oral statement and pleading to the postgraduate management office of the school/ department within 5 working days of the receipt of this notice.
